Our Background and Principles

The JKL Group was established originally in October 2018 as JKL Care at Home and later changed to JKL Care Services. JKL was founded by three care professionals with over 25 years experience within the healthcare sector between them. This wealth of knowledge meant that JKL Care Services was and still is able to provide a quality service. 


The company was established on the three key principles of being personal, passionate, and proud and through maintaining these values, our team is capable of making a difference in the lives of those we support each and every day.


JKL became the JKL group in 2019 so that there could also be a social enterprise under the JKL logo. This social enterprise was set up by JKL to help tackle social isolation that had become an apparent problem to them. Domestic companions now runs alongside JKL Care Services and provides vital social support. 


Through previous experience, JKL recognised areas within the home and domestic care sector which could be significantly improved. Consequently, JKL aims to provide high-quality care through a flexible and tailored approach to our customers and are committed to ensuring that all of our customers and their families are completely satisfied.
